Onward Manufacturing Company Limited (Onward) commits to the original purchaser at retail of the 2026 BROIL KING® barbecue grill (or gift recipient in the case where a new product is given as a gift / prize), that it is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period reflected in the Warranty Table from the date of purchase when assembled and operated in accordance with the accompanying Owner’s Manual.
Normal wear and tear excluded. Onward commits within the framework of this voluntary warranty, to repair or replace the part that is defective, subject to the limitations and exclusions listed below. This warranty is valid when the barbecue grill is installed in accordance with the installation instructions included with the product, and all local and national building and fire codes. The product must be properly cleaned and maintained according to the accompanying Owner’s Manual instructions and must not be used in a communal or commercial application for the warranty to apply.

This warranty does not cover: 

•  Damage caused by over-firing, blow outs caused by environmental conditions such as strong winds or inadequate ventilation.
•  Scratches, dents, corrosion, deterioration of material finishes.
•  Discoloration caused by heat, abrasive or chemical cleaners or UV exposure.
•  Peeling of painted castings, chipping of porcelain enamelled parts.
•  Damage caused by misuse, accident, hail, grease fires, vandalism, lack of cleaning and maintenance, harsh environments such as salt or chlorine, alterations, abuse, neglect or parts installed from other manufacturers.

If you live in a coastal area, or have your product located near a pool or hot tub, maintenance includes regular washing and rinsing of the exterior surfaces as outlined in the accompanying Owner’s Manual, to prevent surface corrosion. 
Should deterioration of parts occur to the degree of non-performance(rusted through or burnt through) within the duration of the warranted coverage, a replacement part will be provided.  Parts replaced under this warranty are to be installed by the customer and are warranted only for the balance of the above-mentioned original warranty.  

The replacement component is the sole responsibility of Onward defined by the warranty; Onward will not be responsible for costs or expenses related to the re-installation of a warranted part, for any liability related to incidental, consequential, or indirect damages and for any handling and transportation charges.

The use and/or installation of parts on your BROIL KING® product that are not genuine BROIL KING® parts will void this warranty, and any damages that result hereby are not covered by this warranty. Any unauthorized conversion of a gas grill will void this warranty.

All other costs are the responsibility of the owner.

This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser as indicated on the warranty registration and applies only to products sold at retail and only when used exclusively by the purchaser in the country where purchased. (Different types of gas used in different countries require appropriate valves, orifices, and regulators.)
