Spicy BBQ Pulled Pork Pizza

Crispy grilled pizza topped with smoky BBQ sauce, tender pulled pork, melted cheese, and spicy jalapeños. This easy BBQ pizza recipe is perfect for cooking on a grill or pizza stone.

Ingredients

For the Pizza Dough
275 g pizza flour
165 ml lukewarm water
21 g fresh yeast
9 g salt
1 tbsp olive oil


For the Toppings
150 g grated cheese (mozzarella or mix)
BBQ sauce
Pulled pork
1 red onion, thinly sliced
Mixed bell peppers, sliced
Jalapeño slices (to taste)

Instructions

Prepare the Pizza Dough
Dissolve the fresh yeast in lukewarm water.
Add flour and knead for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Just before finishing, add olive oil and salt, then knead briefly to combine.

Let the Dough Rise
Cover the dough and leave it in a warm place for 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.

Shape the Pizza Base
Lightly oil a pizza tray or surface.
Stretch or roll out the dough into your desired pizza shape.

Add the Toppings
Spread a generous layer of BBQ sauce over the base.
Top with grated cheese, then add pulled pork, sliced red onion, bell peppers, and jalapeños.

Grill the Pizza
Preheat your grill to 250°C and set up for indirect heat.

Place the pizza on a pizza stone (recommended) or grill tray and cook for 12–15 minutes, until:

The crust is crispy
The cheese is melted and bubbling

Serve
Remove from the grill, slice, and serve hot.
