Ingredients

14 pre-cooked⁠
medium sized shrimps⁠
7 slices of bacon⁠
4 tbsp maple syrup⁠
1 tbsp Sriracha sauce⁠
4 tbsp mayo⁠
1/2 tsp garlic powder⁠
Salt and pepper⁠
Fresh chives⁠

Instructions

Cut the bacon in half lengthways
Wrap the bacon around the middle of the prawns
Cook the prawns indirectly on the grill for about 10-15 minutes at 200 degrees
Meanwhile, brush 1-2 times with a mixture of maple syrup and Sriracha sauce
Mix mayo with garlic powder, salt, pepper and
chives and dip
