1. Cut pork into very thin, chop-like pieces
2. Combine pork and marinade in a bowl
3. Marinate pork for 1-3 hours
4. Using the rotisserie spit and forks, skewer the pork
5. Shift the pieces between the forks for even balance
6. After all pieces have been skewered, use the other fork to hold the pieces in place
7. Place the skewer on the grill and set the rear burner to medium heat
8. After 20 minutes, place a drip pan under the skewer
9. After 35 minutes, slowly scrape the outside and continue to cook while the pork continues to brown
10. Once all the pork has reached 160°F (71°C), serve with garnish
