Quick Tomato Sauce
250 ml tomato passata
½ can peeled tomatoes
1 clove garlic
½ onion
Salt, pepper, sugar to taste
Fresh or dried basil and oregano
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Finely dice onion and garlic, sauté in olive oil.
Add passata, peeled tomatoes, and herbs. Heat until simmering.
Reduce heat, cook 5 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar if needed.
