Ingredients

200 g Feta cheese ⁠
A bit of olive oil ⁠
0.5 tsp oregano ⁠
10 cherry tomatoes ⁠
0.5 zucchini ⁠
1 bell pepper ⁠
1 onion ⁠
1 garlic clove ⁠
Salt and pepper ⁠

Instructions

▪ Wash the vegetables, pat them dry, and cut them into bite-sized pieces. ⁠
▪ Place the vegetables in an ovenproof dish and toss them with about 4 tbsp of olive oil and a little salt and pepper. ⁠
▪ Place the feta cheese in the centre of the dish and evenly arrange the vegetables around it. ⁠
▪ Drizzle a bit of olive oil over the feta cheese and sprinkle with oregano. ⁠
▪ Cook indirectly for about 30 minutes at 200°C (392°F).⁠
