Ingredients
- 4 chicken legs
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 2 tablespoons garlic
- 50 ml soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoon pepper (1 teaspoon if ground)
Instructions
- Remove bone from the thigh of chicken leg while leaving the bone in the drumstick for presentation.
- Mix together rosemary, garlic, soy sauce, chili sauce, salt, pepper, and olive oil.
- Marinate chicken for at least one hour but preferably overnight.
- Grill in a Broil King locking basket at 300°F (149°C) for about 1 hour or until chicken has reached an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
