Serves: 6 -8

Indulge in freshly baked, gooey chocolate croissants made effortlessly with store-bought puff pastry and a rich nut chocolate spread. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a sweet treat, these croissants are crisp on the outside and decadently chocolatey inside.

Ingredients

2 sheets of store-bought puff pastry
Nut nougat chocolate spread (e.g., Nutella)
1 egg
1–2 tbsp milk
Broil King butcher paper

Instructions

Prepare the puff pastry: Roll out one sheet of puff pastry and spread evenly with nut chocolate spread.

Layer the pastry: Place the second sheet on top and press lightly.

Cut into triangles: Divide the layered pastry into 3 equal parts, then cut each part into triangles.

Shape the croissants: Roll each triangle from the long side to the tip to form a croissant. Place them on Broil King baking paper.

Glaze: Whisk together the egg and milk, then brush over each croissant for a golden, glossy finish.

Bake: Preheat a pizza stone in the oven. Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 25 minutes until puffed and golden.

Serve: Enjoy warm for a gooey chocolate center and flaky, buttery layers.
