Take your BBQ game up a notch with these feta-stuffed beef patties! Juicy, cheesy, and bursting with flavour, they’re grilled to perfection and guaranteed to impress. Perfect for weekend feasts, backyard parties, or a casual dinner with friends.

Ingredients

400 g ground beef
100 g feta
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Yogurt dip: 125 g Greek yogurt
25 g mayonnaise
1 garlic clove
1 teaspoon chopped chives
Salt and pepper to taste

TomatoSalad:
15 cherry tomatoes
1 small red onion
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
A pinch of sugar
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Season the ground beef and divide into two portions. Flatten each portion with a bit of oil on a plate, place the feta in the centre, and wrap the meat around it to form a stuffed patty.

Grill on both sides over high heat, then finish cooking over indirect heat until the internal temperature reaches 70–72°C.

Meanwhile, mix all the ingredients for the yogurt dip and let it sit in the fridge until serving.

For the salad, quarter the cherry tomatoes and slice the onion into half rings. Toss with olive oil, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley.
