Using a gas grill and cast iron accessories makes preparing a full English breakfast easier than ever. From crispy bacon to runny yolk eggs, this method ensures everything is cooked to perfection.

Instructions

Preheat the grill. Turn on the burners beneath the roasting dish and cast iron plate, spray with oil, and set to medium-low heat.
Start with the potatoes and zucchini on the roasting dish—they need the longest cooking time.
Place the sausages and mushrooms on the cast iron plate.
Fry the bacon on the plate until crispy, then set aside on the grill shelf.
Toast the bread on the grill while the bacon cooks.
Heat the baked beans in a cast iron wok over low heat until warmed through.
Crack the eggs onto the leftover bacon fat on the cast iron plate, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place cherry tomatoes skin side up next to the eggs. Close the grill cover and cook for a few minutes.
Once the eggs and tomatoes are cooked, flip the tomatoes if desired and check the baked beans.
Serve immediately with all the ingredients arranged on a large platter.
