This delicious chorizo baguette is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser - crispy, cheesy, and packed with smoky flavour. It’s a sure-fire hit the whole family (especially the kids!) will love.

Ingredients

1 baguette
Grated cheese
Tomatoes, finely chopped
Chipotle seasoning or paste
Ground cumin
Salt and pepper
Chorizo, sliced
Bell peppers, diced
Onion, sliced into half rings

Instructions

Preheat your grill to around 200°C.
Slice the baguette in half lengthways and lay it open. Evenly sprinkle over a generous layer of grated cheese.
In a bowl, mix the chopped tomatoes with chipotle, cumin, salt, and pepper. Spread this mixture over the cheese layer.
Top with sliced chorizo, diced peppers, and onion. Distribute everything evenly for the best flavour in every bite.
Place the baguette under the grill (ideally on a pizza stone) and cook indirectly for 10–12 minutes, or until the bread is crispy and the toppings are bubbling and golden.

Slice, serve warm, and enjoy every cheesy, smoky bite!
