3. Cook the Bratwurst
Place the bratwurst sausages into the beer broth. Let them simmer for about 15 minutes, turning once halfway through.
4. Grill the Brats
Remove the sausages and grill them on a plancha, skillet, or grill pan until golden brown on both sides.
5. Cut into Bites
Slice the grilled bratwurst into bite-sized pieces.
6. Make the Beer Sauce
Let the beer broth with onions and peppers cook down for a few minutes. If needed, stir in the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce.
